The team directly coordinates contractors, manages relationships with insurance companies, and ensures prompt problem resolution as well as the timely execution of resolutions passed by condominium meetings.

Accounting Department

The department is managed by three expert accountants who meticulously handle budgets, expense breakdowns, financial reports, and tax compliance.

Thanks to their experience, we offer clear, transparent management that is always aligned with current regulations.

Our accounting department consists of a team of three qualified professionals who ensure timely and accurate management of every financial aspect of the condominium. We take care of drafting and reviewing both final and forecast budgets, allocating expenses according to ownership shares, constantly monitoring payments, and handling reminders for overdue accounts.

Caretaker Relations Department

A dedicated experienced collaborator manages relationships with custodians, cleaning companies, and service personnel, ensuring order, efficiency, and the proper execution of daily activities in the managed buildings.

Mail Department

A dedicated staff member handles the receipt, registration, and distribution of both physical and digital correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in communication management.

Rental Department

A dedicated collaborator oversees all aspects of managing rental properties: lease agreements, tenant relations, tax registrations, and deadlines, ensuring timely returns and peace of mind for property owners.
